If your item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1 week.
• Made-to-Order / Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is not in stock, please note that the handmaking process itself takes about 2–3 weeks, and once ready, your order will be delivered to the shipping company within 3–6 weeks.
• Batch Process for Quality & Fair Pricing
To ensure consistency, detail, and fair pricing for both our customers and us, we produce in batches. While this may add a little extra time to delivery, it allows us to maintain high-quality standards without compromise.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
• Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us right away with a photo or video so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
